wash down station

Does anybody know if godfrey installs factory wash down system or is that dealer installed. Reason I ask is mine on my 18 sweetwater, has no pressure, the pump says 2200 gph bilge pump, might squirt a pee stream 4ft and
my dealer says its to wash feet or hands but when I bought it he said to wash deck down. I think its dealer installed and he doesn't want to pay to make it right, I have a gas guage that only goes to 7/8 and reads empty
when still has 10 gal in it and he says is normal. also emblems fell off 3 months after I bought it
