Engine tilt / Trim Issues

I have a Godfrey Sweetwater 2086 model (2018), My Merc 4 stroke 75hp will not tilt high enough to clear the waterline, Merc suggests when at dock tilt motor so the lower unit will clear the water. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

What hole is your engine mounted in, counting down from the top as hole #1? Can you send a picture of your motor and the tilt arm?0
