Triple Battery System

I have a third battery that apparently works on the bimini and other electrical components.  Problem is that it doesn't charge.  It will hold a charge but I can't fiqure out why it won't charge.  Is there a relay or switch i need to throw?  My radio doesn't want to work (new radio) and my running lights won't come on.  Wondering if anyone has that issue ?

    It sounds like something is wrong with your charging system, specifically the connection to the 3rd battery. What is the year and model of your boat?
