USB and Cigarette Lighter Port not charging devices

I have a 2022 2286 Sweetwater and noticed the USB and Cigarette light ports are no longer charging my phone ot any other device connected to them.  They worked at one point.  There are no fuses to knowledge, just a breaker reset button (which feel sloppy loose when I press it).  Ideas?  Help?

    I would check the wiring connections on the back of the devices. It sounds like one of them may have come loose.
