Changing cleats

Has anyone changed the cleats on their boat? I have the standard cleats, but would like to replace them with the pop-up cleats that are offered as an option.
My biggest concern is covering the old cleat bolt pattern.
I’m not sure if Godfrey sells the pop-up cleat separately, but West Marine has the 66515-7 in stainless. 4 1/2”…. 6” is also available.
