2023 Bow Filler seat slides around and tips over. Any solutions?

My 2023 SanTan has a bow filler seat. Two problems. When sitting on, it tips forward if you lean forward because the base does not extend forward the full depth of seat. Any solutions? Second, when going at higher speeds, the wind will make it slide across the floor of boat when no one sitting on, or kids sitting on. Any solutions to that problem?
