Monaco upper platform coming loose

I purchased a 2021 Monaco 255SD last year. Love the boat, the issue we are having is the screws that hold the upper platform down are always coming loose. I have tried silicone on the threads, epoxy on the threads and they still come loose. How can I secure my platform so this does not happen?
