Aqua Patio Lighting Issue

I have a 2015 Oqua Patio 220 SL Coastal series pontoon boat. When opening the boat this year there was no operating lighting. When turning on the master switch on the console the only thing that happens is the light on the switch comes on.  All the switches in the console have two terminals on the top of the switches that daisy chain to all the switches, one conductor is a grounded conductor and the other , I am assuming  a power conductor, when the master switch is turned on nothing  happens at those terminals. At the circuit breaker panel the master breaker and the horn breaker are connected together and have power. All other breakers are daisy chained together on one side of each breaker but have no power. I checked the power breaker in the main battery compartment and have power on the line and load sides. A specific wiring diagram for this model could be a great help or any information as to what the problem could be also would be helpful.  Thanks in advance for any advice and /or help.
