AquaPatio Fuel Tank

I have a 2018 Aquapatio tritoon. My sender is not working on my fuel tank. I need to access the fuel tank. Can someone please tell me how to access the fuel tank?

    on mine there is a round twist plate near the engine about 1 foot forward
