Bimini frame and side panel replacement

Looking for a new bimini frame and side panel. I struck something that bent and damaged my bimini frame and bent and damaged the rear driver's side panel. The aluminum is twisted and can't be welded without damaging the plastic panel. I'm thinking and looking for a new panel and frame.
