front entry ladders

I have a 2500RE tritoon and would like to put a front ladder in between the toons. I was wondering if anybody else has done this or is this possible?

    I have thought about a single step ladder off to the side of the front. Not in the center. Would help when we beach at islands etc. Everything at west marine is more than one step, or made with rope. I would think through bolting would be sturdy enough. I did that to have an extra cleat for anchoring.
