Extra brackets in owners manual kit

I just got my new 2014 2086 FC yesterday. Got it fully loaded with 27 inch tubes, lifting strakes, inside skirting, under skin And a 90 hp merc. I opened owners kit and it has 2 aluminum brackets approx 6" x8" what are they for and where do they go?

    @Darryl70 ... here's the response from Matt in Pontoon Support: 

    The aluminum brackets are the motor pan spray deflectors.  These need to be installed to help reduce water spray from the motor pan to the back of the boat.  (Dealer may have missed this)
