Seats Turning a Light brown from covers

Anyone else have problems with your seats turning brown? When I remove my covers the tops of the seats are a light brownish color. If you let them off for a few day the sun will bleach them, but they look horrible at first.. I have always cleaned the seat with a mild soap only. What can be done.
Thanks

@jhiggins ... Haven't heard about this one, but perhaps the attached cleaning guide will help?1

SAME PROBLEM EXCEPT MINE TURN PINKISH. HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE HEAT RAISES GASES THAT CANNOT BE RELEASED INTO THE AIR WITH THE PLAYPEN COVER ON IT. MINE ONLY TAKES A FEW HOURS TO DISSIPATE. DON'T KNOW IF THIS THEORY IS CORRECT . BUT ITS. THE BEST ONE I KNOW OF. STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT.1

I am looking for a used Godfrey pontoon and have come across this staining, drying, cracking on may of these pontoons where the cover touches the seat backs.
I herd the newer pontoons use different foam that does not have this problem.
What are the best years, models to purchase used to avoid this issue???????????????
Thanks in advanced, Jake
