2001 Sea Ryder - accidentally washed the switch labels off - HELP

In 2001 I bought my dad a cute little Sea Ryder 15' pontoon. Well, at 77 now, he is still fishing strong but his memory isn't as sharp.
He was cleaning the boat today and the printed labels on the Carlisle switches washed off. I'd like to order him some new switch covers off eBay or Overtons, but I don't know what two of them do and he can't remember!
Can anybody on here help? I've google searched but it's hard to find one of these little boats now. I wish Godfrey still made them cause we use it more than our big toon. Unfortunately, I realize it probably costs almost as much to build this little guy than a Sanpan! They are extremely well built! Ours still looks like new!!
If looking at the switches, from left to right is as follow:
1. Nav lights
2. ???
3. Livewell pump
4. ???
5. Horn
Thanks for any help you guys can give!
