Connecting power to my fish finder

I'm going to install a fish finder on my 2016 Sweetwater 2086. I'm assuming that the power connection is somewhere behind the center or right hand instrument panel. does anyone happen to know which one and it it straightforward to just disconnect the battery, remove the panel screws and pull the panel forward to access the power connections.

I have had mine out, straightforward as you guessed. Hopefully you have a fused (circuit breaker) unused accessory switch you can use. If not just attach to main power but use an inline fuse. I think there was a metal bar for ground wires.5
