Sanpan quality issues

Hi All - looking for a little advice. I bought a new Sanpan 2500 2 years ago that is just riddled with quality issues, including plumbing, seats falling through, radio broken, helm shaking apart, instruments falling out - the list goes on and on (over 30 issues). I have been in touch with Bennington/Godfrey directly, and seem to get a little flurry of activity, then things die out. It was at the dealership for 7 months (Nov 16 - May 17) and parts to fix still didn't come in. Anyone else seen horrible quality? Anyone got any ideas on what the best route forward is?
