How to check/replace fuse on 2015 AquaPatio

I purchased a used 2015 AquaPatio 220sl and upon receipt I had to replace both batteries (switch left on) and the nav lights and horn are also not working. I’m not familiar with how to check/replace the fuses. Are the fuses located behind the circular breaker buttons? They wouldn’t turn or open. Any help would be appreciated!

Those are circuit breakers are any of the buttons popped out?0

Check the line from the battery and see if an inline fuse is installed I have a 2015 Sweetwater and the only fuse I have is a spade red fuse in the back of the Sony Stereo0
