Engine 20 or 25 inch shaft?

First time hello to all Sweetwater owners. Hope to learn and share info as time goes on.
Just sold my long time Grady White Easter Sunday and we are making the move to a tritoon. I am only used to 25" shaft engines on the Grady. My quote for a new SW2286SB shows a Yamaha F150 with a 20" shaft. I see some forum posts about cavitation concerns on these boats.
My question is, is a Sweetwater designed for a 25" shaft engine or just a 20" with different mounting holes?
