pontoon plug

Need to drain the tubes
I have a 2012 Sweetwater pontoon. Had welding repairs done to the tubes last fall. I can still hear water in the tube sloshing about. I need to get the water removed, as I don't know if its leftover water or taking on new water. Internet searches provide way too many varied responses on how to do this. I have 3 drain plugs…
200ES float has water in it.
Where are the access plugs for this boat. It's new to me and serves as a 3/4 ton pickup serving a remote island in Maine. Right float 4" lower than right and boat is heavy. Need to get water out to find out rate and trend of the problem. Any help much appreciated!
