sweetwater bimini frame

Hi, We recently purchased a used Sweetwater and when we were folding the rear bimini down flat onto the boat we broke one of the push pins which are really hard to work with. Wondering if anyone has found an easier solution to fold down the bimini and frame. Thanks :)

Bimini in trailer position.... Bent square frame main tube!!!!! Design flaw with short tube leaning fwd 30°

My wife and I just purchased our first pontoon boat (used) and are anxious to do some refurbishing and get it on the water. That said, I am looking for any manuals (owner's, parts, etc...) that may be available for this model so that I might have access to specifications and OEM part numbers. Thanks in advance for…

Does anyone else havery trouble raising and lowering the Bimini? The 'buttons' are a pain in the neck...thinking of drilling them out and using a Carter pin...any other suggestions?
