Terrible customer service
What has everyone's experience been with the Godfrey dealership customer service? I bought a brand new 2022 Godfrey Monaco 25' with 300hp Mercury and I have had nothing but trouble with Russell Marine dealership in Alexander City AL. I didn't receive my registration stickers for almost 2 weeks, couldn't drive boat after we…

New 2020 gas caps
I see my new 2020 Godfrey has a newer style gas cap. It hinges to the side but stays attached when open, like a porthole window. Mine has trouble staying closed. The latch does not work very well. In fact, it "pops" back open a few seconds after closing, almost every time. Anyone else with this issue or is there a fix…

Match Up Gas Springs on 2002 Sweetwater
I have a 2002 Sweetwater 2423. It has a hatch on the rear (by gas tank) with a gas spring as well as a gas spring on the changing room. Does anyone know what the correct part number is for those springs? I got the boat used and don't think the correct ones are in there. Any help is appreciated.

1995 Difference in Model Designations
I just purchased a 1995 24' Aqua Patio and I am wondering if anyone can explain the differences in the three different model designations 240 Executive, 240 PE, and 240 SD? Since my sticker on the helm is completely faded out, I am not able to tell which model I have. I have attached a picture of the helm.

Warranty charges
Recently had warranty work done but was charged for labor. North Bay Marine told me that Godfrey refused to pay and cost was placed on me. They stated that Godfrey agreed to pay 3hrs but the additional 6+ hrs charged to me. Need Godfrey to step in but don't know who to contact.

Looking for a Sweetwater 2002 20' Manual or help with all board buttons commands
We just become new owners of a 20' Sweetwater Pontoon 2002, and trying to figure out where or how we can get an owner manual. Previous owners they "kind" of explained, but I seriously forgot. Tried some of the buttons that turn off and on lights but are still 1 or 2 that have no clue. Thank you, Daniela
